This polish is ESSIE Midnight Cami, our model Sienna has added ORLY Matte clear coat. make with new Orly Matte Top. This is great fior creating awesome and intricate nail art. Just apply Matte Top to sections of the nail and leave other sections shiny. This is an interesting contrast in surfaces. This will create a new version of the French Manicure by applying Matte Top to the bottom half of the nail while leaving nail tip shiny. Check out the pictures on our slide show.

Steps for this kind of finish:

• clean your nail beds thoroughly
• dry them well
• apply two coat of ESSIE Midnight Cami
• let it dry
• Apply your ORLY Matte Finish
• If you want more details, add a coat of glossy finish at the tip of your nails to give them dimensions between matte and glossy!
